Cannot Download .mht Attachment

      After uploading a *.mht file as an attachment, I cannot download it. It might be caused by the content of an MHTML file that encoded as if it were an HTML e-mail message, thus JIRA cannot identify this file type.

      As a workaround, we can turn *.mht file into an archive and upload it as an attachment. Once downloaded, user needs to extract the archive.
