Database setup takes a long time and there is no indication of progress

      When clicking "Next" on the first page on the JIRA setup wizard to create the database tables, database setup can take a long time (in the order of minutes) and the user is not presented with any indication that anything is happening other than the browser's indication that the page is still loading.
