      Could the default email templates be modified to say why the email was sent. This can help with filtering and prioritising email.

      bugzilla puts "You are receiving this mail because:" at the end of every mail with reasons like:
      You reported the bug.
      You are the assignee for the bug.
      You are on the CC list for the bug.
