Reject submit of too long text already on client side

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When dealing with very long texts for environment or description, there is a validation on the server side, which rejects them. But this requires a full submit and sends the whole bunch of data to the server.

      In case of user experience it would be nice to having some JavaScript magic, that tells the user, that the currently entered text is too large and rejects to submit the form at all.
