Attachments are unchecked in quick-create when you change project or issue type

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      1. Press 'c' to open quick-create.
      2. Add an attachment, make sure the checkbox next to it is checked.
      3. Change the project or issue type.
      4. The checkbox will now be unchecked.
