      It would be nice to have an option in admin section, which enables Jira to send automatic notifications to all users about changes in versions, components and etc.? For example, if a version release date is changed, currently we need to notify all users of the project "manually". If this could be done automatically, it'll be more fast, reliable, and streamlined way.
