      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      This is an extension from JRA-9367 where some of the custom fields are not displayed.

      Here, even when the custom fields are common to all the issue types within the same project, it is still possible that the custom fields are not displayed because of issue types from other projects.

      With this feature, users will not be confused when they have explicitly selected the project or click on the link from the project summary page.
