My attachment as the standard url http://myserver/secure/attachment/16045/myimage.jpg

If I go into manage attachments I have the option to delete this attachment. I can then upload an updated one. The issue is if I have this url reference anywhere it is then a dead link.

This is doable in other systems, such as mediawiki, where one can upload a new version of the file without changing the reference
