Move sub tasks within project - update bulk edit/move to allow moving sub tasks between task and story within same project

      To move sub tasks between a task and a story, one can convert the sub task issue to a story/task first and then convert to a sub task, you'll be asked for a parent. Leave project alone and choose the new parent issue.

      It would be good to be able to do this in one step.
