      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The guide to upgrade JIRA Manually to version 4.4 does not list crowd.properties as one of the file that need to be copied over.

      This is important because, user might not aware or forgot what file that they have modified in previous version.
