Include crowd.properties in the file listed to be move to JIRA 4.4

      The guide to upgrade JIRA Manually to version 4.4 does not list crowd.properties as one of the file that need to be copied over.

      This is important because, user might not aware or forgot what file that they have modified in previous version.
