unreleasedVersions() shouldn't include archived versions

    Description

      The default Rapid Board query includes "fixVersion in unreleasedVersions()" to show any upcoming issues, but this includes issues assigned to archived versions that will never be released.

      I would expect unreleasedVersions() only to include versions that will be released.
