Installer needs to validate suitability of used OS (32 bit v 64bit)

      By default JIRA download offers atlassian-jira-4.4-x64.bin, however there are still quite a few systems running 32 bit version of linux.

      In some cases you users may be unaware of the used platform architecture. If use attempts to install x64 JIRA on 36bit OS meaningless error is returned:

 Starting Installer ...
 /tmp/atlassian-jira-4.4-x64.bin.12067.dir/jre/bin/java: 1: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
