On the Project page, add "Unresolved: By Issue Type" to the "Issues" tab when there are more than one Issue Type defined in a project

      Many times we needed to get a report of Unresolved Issues by Issue type. It would be great to add this information in the "Issues" tab on the Project's page. This section could be displayed only when the project has more than one Issue type defined.
