I would like to access historical remaining estimates via the REST API. It seems most natural to me to add a "timeestimate" field to the "worklog" object, so that every worklog object indicates what the corresponding estimated time remaining was.

Alternatively, a timestamped sequence of remaining estimate objects would work for me.

I intend to use the information to compute the accuracy of every estimate, without treating "original estimates" as a special case.
