      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Time estimates should be localised, using language-specific units and words. A German user should see '5t 0,5h' rather than '5d 0.5h'.

      They should be parsed correctly when they are submitted back.
