JQL: add the ability to query for the groups an user is member of

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Add a function to JQL which returns the groups that the current user is member of.

      This way one could add an "Assigned Group" group picker field type to an issue and make a filter like this:

      "Assigned Group" in currentUsersGroups() AND resolution is EMPTY
