Add "comments" to velocity context for email template

      Hi,

      According to the documentation we don't have access to the comments of the issue :
      http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Contents+of+the+Velocity+Context+for+email+templates

      It could be really usefull to have access to comments
