Work logs can currently be deleted and edited.

It would be useful to be able to move work logged between tasks for those duffers who report to the wrong ticket.

We've had a number of cases where this has been done, but not picked up for some time, so a manager just wants to adminster the system by moving this data to the correct place.

[JRACLOUD-15082] Allow work logs to be moved between tasks

Good nice to have. Workaround of deleting and re-adding work logs is very time consuming for admins.

And this add-on lets you move worklogs as part of its functionality apparently https://interconcept.atlassian.net/wiki/display/ICTJP/Move+Work+Logs

Hi Brad, I looked at the documentation and it looks like we don't have a dedicated page for this capability but you can read about it here: https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/Timesheet+In-line+Editing

The worklog actions are also available in the report/list views.

            Hope this helps,
            Vidar

            Hey Vidar,

You can? Is there a doc that says how to do this online? Thanks for your help!

            Hi Brad,
You can move worklogs between tasks in Tempo. The request you mentioned is to do so in bulk.
            Cheers,
            Vidar (Tempo)

Would very much like to see this feature added. Already see that Tempo has logged the issue as well:

It's been 5 years! Good luck! Voted for this as well. Should not be an abused feature though.

I would vote for this to be implemented in the future release!

Our company would appreciate this feature in order to keep our reporting accurate since our users will inevitably create log entries to wrong issues. Editing and deleting work logs is not enough.
