Add a option to make the created and updated fields to show time and not just date in Issue Navigator

      One suggestion is to as a default installation in JIRA have the ability to pick different Time/Date format in Issue Navigator - Configuration - Add New Column.
      I need this since Issues must be Accepted in a given time that is less than 1 day and then it would be nice to see when a specific issue is created both date and time on the Issue Navigator!
