Support for TLS Connections within JIRAs own Mail Handler

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      At the moment JIRA does not (natively) allow connections to email servers using TLS (Such as gmail)

      It appears that this functionality is available if configured using the JNDI service. So this report is just a feature request from an interested, reviewing user.
