WorkLog approvement for project managers

      For part-time developers we use timesheet-based billing scheme.
      It will be very useful if managers could approve worklog items. Then they could calculate billable time for delevopers at the end of the month.
      Now we use timesheet portlet: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAEXT/Timesheet+report+and+portlet
      Optimally it should be per day approvement.

      For example, manager bulk sets custom field, e.g. "approved up to", and after that developer can't add/edit worklogs with earlier date.

      May be you'll suggest another convenient decision...
