Include formating styles for Excel view

      At the moment we simply put the data in a cell:

      <td class="nav updated">            18/Apr/07 01:53 PM    
</td>
<td class="nav versions">            1.1
</td>

      These class styles are not defined.

      We could include styles in the page that specify format for each cell.

      Without this format Office (esp. foreign version) can give cell the wrong formatting.
