Include formating styles for Excel view

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      At the moment we simply put the data in a cell:

</td>

      These class styles are not defined.

      We could include styles in the page that specify format for each cell.

      Without this format Office (esp. foreign version) can give cell the wrong formatting.
