      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      I'd like to be able to perform a search for all issues in a given project which are not assigned to a certain user. There doesn't appear to be a mechanism for this other than searching for "userX OR userY or userZ etc etc", which is impractical.
