      Hello,

      When adding a comment to an issue, it would be great if we could specify a user instead of a group for the comment's visibility.

      We are using Jira as an helpdesk system and it is often necessary to communicate passwords. If we could set the visibility of the comment to the reporter only, it will be more secure.
