"Create New Issue" somewhat difficult to work with

    Description

      Some of the combo-boxes and lists would be much more usable as checkboxes. Specifically the priority and components (as there is generally a small set and is almost always selected).

      But even keeping the lists, the screen could be layed such that the massive amounts of blank areas are better used. For example, the priority and components could be side-by-side and longer vertically.
