Currently work log comments are stored separately to issue comments thus leading to comment duplication. Obviously this will not suit everyone particularly those who have external client access so maybe an Admin option to enable this "feature".

It could be implemented that when "enabled" the work log tab is hidden / disabled and all work log comments are merged into the comments tab. When "disabled" it continues to work as it currently does. By using this approach, when a project moves from "enabled" to "disabled" there will be no problems.
