    Description

      We almost always want to share filters with more than 1 group:
      blah-users, blah-developers and blah-administrators.

      Currently we have to create an extra group blah-all just for the purposes of sharing a filter - and have to manually make sure that it contains all of the members of all the other groups..... PITA
