CSV Import wizard does not check if a summary field has been mapped

      In the CSV Import wizard step 2 (Issue Field Mappings) there is a validation check when cliking the next button to assert that a field has been mapped to the JIRA summary field.

      This check is broken and the only other prompt in letting the user know that they must have a summary field is:

      You must import Summary field as a bare minimum, or your import will not succeed.

      But this text is not very noticable and is probably gone un-read.
