Synchronize the Earliest Start with a field in JIRA

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Server. Using JIRA Portfolio Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The Earliest Start date is currently directly edited inside of JIRA Portfolio and cannot be synced with any JIRA fields.

      There should be a custom field for the Earliest Start date on a JIRA issue which is updated if a Earliest Start date is set in portfolio.

      Furthermore, if the Earliest Start date is initally entered in a JIRA issue, it should be synchronized to JIRA portfolio.
