If you import an issue from JIRA with multiple fixversions, even though you force it to be a certain release via the drop down in JIRA portfolio it still somehow retains the other fixed versions. This is evident when using the Release quick filter. For issues that have been imported with just one fixversion all will be displayed but others that have two fixversions in JIRA agile, even though you have changed them, will not be displayed and the total point scope and completed points is misleading.
