At the moment you have Scope, Teams, Releases perspectives in Portfolio.

However, there is no Resoruce (People) perspective. 

In Consulting business it is important to always know if a resource (consultant) is fully booked, or is there available capacity.

It is not possible currently to see capacity of a single person, if he is assigned to several teams. You need to manually look this person up in each team.
