      Problem statement

For large projects, sprint and release dates are quite flexible and may not have a fixed duration length. e.g. for example, in a large organization (400-2000+ developer), the sprints could be by default 4 weeks length but have some exception during xmas period where the sprint is 1 week longer, as a lot of people are on vacation.

Portfolio 1.0 supports this feature with 'Custom Sprints', which allows us to configure a sprint with a length which differs from the default sprint length. However, Porfolio 2.0 does not support this out of box and this prevents any users using custom sprint to migrate from portfolio 1.x to 2.x
