As a product owner who manages multiple products, I'd like the ability to import themes created in one portfolio plan into a new portfolio plan either from a master list of themes created for an entire organization or by a team or by department. I would like the ability to choose which themes I import into a new plan so if a specific theme wouldn't be used, I could choose to only import the specific themes out of the master list that I want.
