Currently "Themes" view will only show effort distribution across predefined themes. What we are looking for is to be able to see progress/schedule for Themes (similar as we can see for Initiatives).
This is very valuable for communicating development plans to the entities like Board of Directors, C* level executives and more. Initiatives view is great for planning, but already too granular for them.
