Description
Issue summary
- Currently for both Jira and Confluence Cloud, time and date formats are set globally for the entire product.
Problem with current behavior
- Users could be from different parts of the world who might want or be used to different time/date formats.
- m/d/y
- d/m/y
- And only the product admin is able to change the date format, which would be applied to all users who use the product.
Suggested behavior
- Allow the time and date formats to be set in the account level, similar to how users can set their time zones.
- This will benefit users who are from a different region, allowing them to view time/date in a format that's more accurate to their region.
- It will also benefit users who have access to more than one site/product, instead of having the time/date appearing differently on different places.
