Translating messages with (non-parametric) {} in them cause fatal errors in JIRA

During translating wiki.renderer.help.links.anchor.bookmark.desc,
I tried to translate anchor:here to anchor:xxxx, where "xxxx" in my language.
After submitting to IPT, viewing help page results in error of getText method.
due to Korean anchor name.

1. How do I remove specific translation which is made via IPT?
2. Shouldn't I translate anchor name in wiki.renderer.help.links.anchor.bookmark.desc?
