ERROR 2017-01-10 16:21:47 ThreadPool5 org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper noClassMethodInfo - ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "cru_recently_visited_pkey"

      It seems to be cause be caused by race condition in RecentlyVisitedManager.addItemToHistory
