[JIRA FishEye Plugin] Removing JIRA projects should remove associated plugin data

    Description

      When removing projects from JIRA, some of the data the plugin keeps are not removed (notably RepositoryPathStoreImpl.JIRA_PROJECT_WITH_PATH_PROPERTY). These should be cleaned up either when the project is removed, and/or periodically.
