command line reindex doens't work when loopback is not 127.0.0.1

Unfortunately, the command line options to reindex all repositories found on:

http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Command-Line+Options

did not work as expected as the instance is expected to be listening on localhost (127.0.0.1) and this particular instance is listening on an alternate loopback address
