if a tag is renamed as a branch fisheye deletes the tag but does not create the new branch

svn mv tags/build-02 branches/br-06

svn list branches shows that br-06 is present in svn, but it is not added to fisheye. Slurping subsequent edits to files in the branch fail with the error:
