File source is truncated on the view source page if the blame for the file is incorrect

    Description

      When rendering the source of a file in the 'View source' page, the blame for a file takes precedence over the contents of the file. If the blame is incorrect or incomplete, the result is that only the parts of the file for which blame exists are rendered.

      This should be switched around; the file contents should take precedence over the blame (as is the case in the diff view).
