Project name more then 22 character is not visible fully in IE8

Steps to replicate the problem

1. Create a project with key and name more then 22 character(eg:ssssssssssssssssssssssssss)
2. Save the changes
3. Browse Dashboard and click on review
4. Click on Search Comment
5. Click on Project
