Could not configure Display URL option in application links

The Display URL option in the application link is not configurable

Steps to replicate the problem:

1. In current configure application link click on the configure link via administration >> Application Links >> Configure >> Application Detail
2. Edit the display URL and try to update

The configuration does not change and upon the clicking on the update the UI just hang

Workaround

1. Shut down Fisheye server
2. Edit the config.xml find the following example tag:

   <property name="applinks.admin.0f89de4c-ca53-3a8b-a17b-0286507f8741.display.url" value="<some URL>"/>
   

Please change the <some URL> value to URL link which encoded for example:

http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A8340%2Fjira431

Decode value of the above URL is:

http://localhost:8340/jira431
