Commit graph changeset comments contain ltokxyzdtnhgnsbdfinltok###inltokxyzkdtnhgnsbdfinltok for special characters

When I view the commit graph for one of my CVS repositories I see what looks like some internal data from a parser when I encounter some special characters. Apostrophe ( ' ) and greater than ( > ) are two characters that generate this output.

ltokxyzdtnhgnsbdfinltok###inltokxyzkdtnhgnsbdfinltok

### is some number that increases the further down the page I view.

Other Mercurial and CVS repositories don't exhibit this problem.
