    Description

      In the Admin UI, in the shutdown screen, add an option (unselected by default) to optimise the indexes on the next start of FishEye.

      Reuses the existing optimiser already in FishEye: CRUC-5138

      This is to help with the multiple 'Too Many Files' support issues raised for 2.5 (see this comment).
