    Description

      Delete clone and reindex: (Clean re-index) adding to standard maintenance screens

      Required for cases where upstream history is edited and out clone gets unrepairably out-of-date.

      Could be relegated to 2.3.1 or 3.0 and instead be done as a documentation task, manually deleting the clone on disk and we re-clone automatically, then re-scan.
