ClearCase interactive process logs timeout and forgets it has failed

When a timeout occurs in the CleartoolInteractiveProcess, a ProcessException is thrown. This is then caught and logged, after which the scanner resumes as if nothing happened.

In case of a timeout, the handler should be marked as not having succeeded to ensure that the scanner is aware of the failure.
