HG: Line Count totals broken for merge commits.

    Description

      Ina merge commit, if a file is modified then we get a diff to parent0 which generates a LOC change. This change can be the sum of the changes we have already indexes down the parent1 branch, so the LOC count for all those commits gets duplicated in the merge.

      Need to spec out a way of dealing with this, review that and then fix.
