XSS vulnerability in FishEye/Crucible Reviews List

We have identified and fixed a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the FishEye/Crucible reviews list.

Affected versions are FishEye/Crucible 2.2.8 to 2.5.2 inclusive.
