Left-hand nav panel needs adaptation to Confluence 2.6 styles.

This affects all the documentation spaces on CAC. Using FISHEYE space as the first candidate.

      > I've been having a bit of trouble getting italic text to show in the FishEye space. It turns out to be caused by the styles used in the Page Layout. Root cause is that we are using the <blockquote> style to draw the line between the TOC and the main body.

      > So instead I've tried the layout suggested here:

      > I've adapted it a bit:
      > * Removed the live search (because we are using the pagetree search)
      > * Changed the TOC text size to normal (the above layout sets it to small text)

Also adapted the background colour of the TOC, to make it stand out from the rest of the page, because we've lost the line between the panels. I've tried to choose a colour which will not clash with our notes, warnings, panels etc.

      To do:

      • Finalise format on the FISHEYE space and get agreement from teams.
      • Apply to other documentation spaces on CAC.
